Textile Technology Center To Hold Spun Yarn Seminars

The Textile Technology Center at Gaston College, in conjunction with Len Furlough, President of BL Consulting, is pleased to announce a series of seminars designed to assist textile firms improve productivity, quality, and to increase the knowledge and skill base for their associates.

Len Furlough is a recognized expert in the field of yarn manufacturing, quality improvement, and process optimization. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from NC State University and an MS in Textile Engineering from ITT.

Len has over 35 years of experience in textile yarn technology and is considered by many in the industry as a great technologist. For more than 7 years, he has run his own consulting business working with many of the yarn and integrated spinners and fabric manufactures in the United States, along with several foreign companies.
